DUI/TRAFFIC Defense
Mr. Lavado has been involved in hundreds of DUI cases over the last 15 years. As an officer, trainer, prosecutor and now defense attorney. He knows what to look for and how to pick apart a DUI case. When it comes to traffic in general, police officers and attorneys would frequently ask him for advice. Now he is here to help and guide you through any traffic related case.

Mr. Lavado was a k9 officer for years, as well as a member of the drug task force. His extensive experience in this field led him to be a force in the courtroom when dealing with these cases. When a case involves narcotics or a k9, he is the person you want on your side questioning every move they made.
ABOUT LAVADO LAW
Lavado Law was founded by Edward Lavado, a retired Police Officer and prior Prosecutor. Mr. Lavado has seen the system from every angle. He was an instructor at multiple police academies and a field training officer. For years his role was to watch and correct officers mistakes. Now he is here to hold them to the standard the law demands to protect your rights.
